My first UGG boots

Oto i sa! Moje pierwsze Uggi :) Szukalam i szukalam butow na zime, ale w koncu zdecydowalam sie na zakup cieplusich Ugg. Kilka lat temu mialam juz tego typu buty lecz firmy Emu. Byly one najlepszym zakupem  tamtej zimy (pamietam ze bylo wtedy ponad -20 stopni, brrr), mimo mrozow w nogi bylo cieplo i wygodnie. Jesli planujecie zakup Ugg w UK warto zajrzec do sklepow sprzedajacych rozne marki obuwia, badz outletow, nie tylko oryginalnych sklepow Ugg gdyz mozecie sporo zaoszczedzic. Ja swoje kupilam w outlecie Sole Trader i zaoszczedzilam £60 (porównanie ze sklepem office.co.uk czy oficjalna strona Ugg). Czasem mozecie tez dostac znizke za pomoca vouchera np. te dostepne na http://www.vouchercodes.co.uk. W internecie znalezc mozna mnostwo stron oferujacych Uggi w bardzo okazyjnych cenach, lecz ja osobiscie balabym sie czy aby na pewno produkt bedzie w 100% oryginalny. Jezeli juz jestes szczesliwa posiadaczka Ugg badz Emu wazna jest impregnacja obuwia. Ja zrobilam blad z Emu gdyz zapomnialam ich na poczatku zaimpregnowac. Zlapaly troche soli z ulicy i pozniej bylo to bardzo ciezko doczyscic, a stan juz nie byl taki jak na poczatku. Wodoodporne spraye do zamszu sa niezbedne. Warto podkreslic ze sa to idealne buty na mroz, lecz nie spisza sie juz tak dobrze w deszczowa pogode czy topniejace sniegi- beda przemakac. Poza standardowymi modelami mozna jednak dostac te wododporne- tak jak ten. 

Zdjecia zrobilam po tygodniu noszenia butow wiec widac lekkie slady noszenia. Zobaczymy jak buty spisza sie przez zime wtedy postaram sie zrobic na blogu porownanie z Emu.

Here they are! My first Ugg boots :) I was looking to buy winter shoes for quite a long time and finally decided to buy (spend a fortune!) Uggs. Few years ago I already had these kind of boots- Emu. They were the best buy of that Winter (the temperature was reaching to more than -20degrees ). Cosy and warm choice. If you're planning to buy Ugg boots I would recommend you to have a look in outlet stores, I got mine in Sole Trader Outlet in Cheshire Oaks near Chester and saved £60 in comparison  to the price in Office. Good buy! It also might be worth to have a look for current vouchers on websites such as: http://www.vouchercodes.co.uk.Can help you save a little bit ;) You can find lots of online stores offering Uggs in reduced prices but I personally would be a bit scared to order from there as who knows if the product is genuine? If you're already a happy owner of Uggs or Emu remember to impregnate your boots with a waterproof spray, it will give them better protection and will definitely make them look well for a longer period of time. I forgot to impregnate my Emu boots on the beginning and then I wasn't able to get rid of some salt stains which spoiled my shoes... Ugg or Emu boots are surely a perfect choice for Winter and frosty weather but keep it in mind that they will not be too good for rain as they might soak... Although there are some models which are waterproof like this one. We will see how my Uggs will get through the upcoming Winter, then I will be able to make a small comparison of Emu and Ugg for you guys.

Polka dot shirt

Byla krata, sa tez wiec kropki! :) Koszule zakupilam kilka miesiecy temu na asos.com, kilka dni temu doszla tez do mnie paczka z oasap.com i na temat zakupow online dodam kilka slow. Otoz po raz pierwszy postanowilam zamowic cos z ostatnio popularnej na blogach strony oasap.com. Zamowilam ta sukienke i naszyjnik, ktory mozecie zobaczyc ponizej na zdjeciach. Jezeli planujecie zamawiac cos z tej strony dokladnie sprawdzcie wymiary ubran, ktore chcecie zamowic. Ja nie sprawdzajac, kierujac sie normalna rozmiarowka jak zawsze zamowilam rozmiar sukienki M. Po 11 dniach otrzymalam przesylke, podekscytowana zabieram sie za przymierzanie i co? I kicha! Rekawy za krotkie, ciasna na plecach, ledwo co zakrywa posladki.... Dobrze, ze chociaz naszyjnik pasuje :] Mysle, ze nie ma co zamawiac rozmiaru L bo raczej 2 cm z dlugosci nie sprawi ze bede sie czuc w niej bardziej komfortowo. A szkoda bo sukienka jest przesliczna. Z Asos zdarzylo mi sie zamawiac 2 razy. Raz przyslali mi sukienke o rozmiar za duza gdyz nie mieli tej, ktora zamowilam. Nie chcialo mi sie zwracac wiec poprosilam mame o lekkie zwezenie. Drugie zamowienie- ta koszula bylo ok. Zamawialam rowniez online z H&M, River Island i Forever21 i z nimi nie mialam zadnych problemow. Rozmiarowka zawsze byla ok i ubrania takie jak zamowione. A jakie sa Wasze doswiadczenia z zakupami online? Pozytywne czy moze doswiadczylyscie jakis rozczarowan ?


Recently you've seen a plaid pattern here now it's time for polka dot! :) I bought this shirt on asos.com few months ago but I also got a delivery a couple of days ago from oasap.com and here I want to stop and open up the topic of online shopping a little bit. It was the first time I decided to order from oasap.com. I have ordered this dress and a necklace you can see on the below photos. If you're planning to place an order with this store make sure you will check all the measurements first. I didn't... I ordered a dress in size Medium which is my size in the majority of brands. After 11 days of waiting I got the delivery. In my excitement quickly trying on the dress and what? BS! :D Sleeves are too short, tight on the back, length barely covering my bum... Luckily enough at least the necklace fits me. I think there is no point for me to exchange it for a Large size as there is not much of a difference. +2cm length definitely will not make me feel more comfortable wearing it. It's a pity, cause the dress itself looks really cute. I also had a chance to order from Asos twice. The first time they sent me a dress which was a size bigger than the one I ordered. The reason? The one I order wasn't in stock so they decided to send me the incorrect size instead of contacting me first and asking? I wasn't bothered to return it, I just asked my Mum to slightly adapt it. The 2nd time I ordered-it was this polka dot shirt, everything was fine. I have also ordered online from H&M, River Island, Forever21 and never had any problems with them. Sizes, quality and details were always correct.

50's style fashion part 1

50's style fashion of the past century shares with us lots of inspirations. Silhouettes featuring feminine shapes like close fitted bodices highlighting the waist, flared skirts with added fullness, often circle patterns as well as the close fitting ones- pencil style. These gems were shining back then and are still shining now.
I want to share with you some pictures from the book which was one of the biggest source of inspirations for me during my final project in college. I have went through many books and internet websites searching for 50's style designs and this one had everything I was looking for :)

Moda lat 50tych XXwieku niesie ze soba mnóstwo inspiracji. Sylwetki podkreslajace kobiece atuty- obcisle topy, podkreslona talia, rozkloszowane spodnice, czesto dlugosci midi, jak rowniez te dopasowane do sylwetki zachwycaly wtedy, zachwycaja i dzis.
Dzis chcialam sie z Wami podzielic zdjeciami z ksiazki, ktora byla moim najwiekszym zrodlem inspiracji podczas mojego ostatniego projektu w college'u. Przeszukalam wiele stron internetowych jak i wiele ksiazek zwiazanych ze stylem lat 50' ale ta jedyna okazala sie miec wszystko czego szukalam. Nie owijam w bawelne i zostawiam Was ze zdjeciami, enjoy :)
